Google Page Layout Algorithm Update

Google continuously updates their search algorithm in order to provide its users with the most relevant results. According to a recent post by Google's Matt Cutts, users complain if they click on a search result and the actual content is difficult to find. They don't want to do a lot of scrolling, and want the relevant content to appear above-the-fold.According to Matt's post, this change "affects less than 1% of searches globally." However, it emphasizes the importance of relevant content. Your potential customers are searching for products and information, and if it is difficult for them to navigate your site to find what they are looking for, they will move on to another search result.Make sure you deliver relevant content on each of your website pages. You can view your website using Google's browser size tool to see how it would look on various screen resolutions.
